这个问题比较有趣。

首先是历史背景问题,有自己的重型战列舰(比如无畏和超无畏)要么购买引进,要么自行建造,购买分购买二手现成,或者根据自己的需要订造。自行建造也同样依据自己的需要。无论订造还是自行建造的前提都是国家比历史上有雄厚得多的经济实力,同时军费需要向海军方面倾斜。如果其它方面世界线变动不大,这注定了需要架空的历史背景-20世纪初中国完成了初步工业化,总体工业实力不弱于帝俄水平。同时不被陆上防务牵扯太多精力,注定与俄国关系缓和。重视海军建设,意味着至少与日本关系紧张,英日同盟针对中国,出于维护美西战争后亚洲利益考虑,美华关系改善,20世纪初形成中美俄对抗英日。这样从对抗日本海军,技术来源为美俄考虑,大致可以勾勒出中国无畏舰的样式和特点。

由于中国无海外殖民地,对付家门口日本海军为主,战列舰不需要美国那样的续航力,动力系统类似俄海军无畏舰,直接用蒸汽轮机,不需要携带大量燃料,同排水量舰体可以偏向更重的武备,初代无畏可能如毛子,意呆那样搭载12门305,跟毛子关系缓和,不妨直接参考毛子三联装炮塔,在一战炮塔里可以自由角度装填的毛子彼得堡金属工厂的炮塔设计还是比较先进的。装甲方面参考美帝装甲盒重点防护结构,即降低成本,又提高防护,炮塔布局参考美帝采用背负式。大致就是4座三联装炮塔,12门305L50主炮,前后背负式布局,采用装甲盒重点防护结构,2套柯蒂斯蒸汽轮机推进,可能会安装毛子的盖斯勒1910式火控系统,船体形式考虑西太平洋海况,不大会像毛子意呆澡盆无畏那样采用平甲板,应该会采用艏楼船体,初代无畏大致应该这样。超无畏会升级356主炮,大量借鉴美帝标准战列舰的经验。


用SPS建了一个,仅供参考,个人认为实际排水量要比这稍微大一些。

题主说会类似日本海军战舰风格,我觉得不会。这跟审美无关(何况中国人审美也没那么差)

日本海军无畏舰是师从英国,中国按照历史看应该会师从德国和美国,能是一个风格么?然后日本高大的塔式违章建筑是因为条约时代改造老舰加装火控,而日本火控系统的集成化程度又很低,日本费这心思改造老舰是因为资源匮乏,即便条约解除,日本也无法再短时间内进行替换。中国如果工业化,国力必然超过日本,也就不会花这精力去搭违章建筑。就算搭违章,日式违章是从英式三脚桅进化到多脚桅,再到扩充平台,层层叠加这样路线搭的。中国要么会学美国鸟笼式桅杆,改造的话也应该是美帝那样拆了重建一体化的箱型舰桥,要么学德国单桅,改造的话换成大直径桅杆(内部可以容纳电梯井),然后在这基础上扩建平台(类似苏联对甘古特级的改造),而且从中国自行设计建造的第一代驱护来看,更喜欢箱型舰桥,布置也均称优美。
